研究内容

针对海量、复杂、高维生物医学大数据,应用多种人工智能技术研究微生物基因组学及药物研发领域重要问题。
1. 海量病原体基因组数据快速溯源、预警和分析;
2. 结核分枝杆菌早期耐药诊断及耐药标记物鉴定研究;
3. 协同性药物组合预测深度学习模型开发和分析。
