研究内容
以蛋白质翻译后修饰为核心切入点,深入研究细胞代谢调控的分子机制,旨在为肿瘤及代谢性疾病的临床诊疗筛选可靠生物标志物,并围绕关键靶点开展药物研究工作,为延缓疾病发生发展、改善患者预后提供理论依据和潜在治疗策略。具体研究方向如下:
1. 线粒体生物合成的分子调控机制及其在疾病发生中的作用;
2. 新型蛋白质翻译后修饰(如精氨酸甲基化修饰等)的鉴定、功能及调控网络;
3. 细胞感知营养与代谢物的分子机制,及其在肿瘤中的功能及机制。
