研究内容

聚焦肿瘤转移休眠研究，基于谱系示踪系统，结合CRISPR筛选、单细胞测序和空间转录组等方法解析调控癌细胞休眠和苏醒的肿瘤内源及微环境因素，并据此开发临床转移复发干预策略。
