研究内容

主要聚焦于肝癌细胞与微环境中免疫细胞的代谢重塑及其互作,探究调控肿瘤细胞生长的分子机制。具体如下:
1. 基于课题组的质谱技术,应用靶向和非靶向代谢组学和脂质组学平台,发展稳定同位素的13C-flux代谢通量技术,示踪活体小鼠或细胞的代谢重塑,揭示其调控疾病进程的作用机制;
2. 结合基因、蛋白和代谢等多组学,应用免疫和分子生物学等技术手段,对动物肿瘤模型和临床样本中肿瘤细胞和微环境互作进行解析,挖掘新的治疗靶点,制定营养干预策略。
