研究内容

围绕代谢性组织脂肪和肌肉稳态维持和重塑的调控机制研究,利用骨骼肌干细胞以及脂肪前体细胞体内外研究系统,结合小鼠模型,借助生物信息分析以及基因编辑等技术,深入解析相关分子在衰老,代谢相关疾病发生发展过程中的作用机制。
