研究内容

1. 利用细胞及动物模型并结合临床样本,研究染色质重塑分子在肿瘤发生、发展、转移和药物敏感性等方面的作用和机制。
2. 关注影响肿瘤命运抉择的内(遗传及表观遗传)外(营养物质感应、免疫微环境及胞外基质重塑)因素,研究其双向互动机制,并在此基础上寻找肿瘤治疗的方案。
3. 利用多种体内外肿瘤模型(主要包括消化系统肿瘤和肺癌),研究肿瘤临床治疗问题,包括肿瘤耐药,治疗策略选择和治疗手段干预等。
